doesn't understand being human and a spirit.... why can't I just live in the spirit realm?!

I am a free spirit!  I don't like to be tied down to people, places or things.  I love the land~it is life!  I am a feminist and I am very involved in raising consciousness around all issues affecting woman.  I am a part of Think Girl.   I believe in balance and therefore this is why I am a feminist because we have not achieved balance and harmony on Planet Earth just yet.   Although I choose to focus on all issues that affect woman my main areas of concern are: Native American womans issues and eating disorders awareness.  I mentor a few young girls from around the world who battle with eating disorders.  I assist them through the healing process as I have been “recovered” from an eating disorder (I like to say issue because it is so much more). 

I also love writing!  I am currently writing a book on healing the family soul.  I love poetry very much and I also write tons of it….and here is my very own blog

I find great comfort in the land and animals.  I celebrate my heritage as an Ojibway Native American!  I take great pride in it and its rebirth during this time.  I am learning the language which is something that was lost when my Grandfather left this plane when I was 4 years old.  I will dance in the pow-wow soon.  I have been very afraid to dance since I was a child.  It will be great to make my outfit for the pow-wow when it is time.  I value traditional ways of keeping my hair long, I will not cut it.  

I am a healer and I enjoy doing healing work!  My healing involves working with all aspects of creation.  I work with the angels, archangels, ancestors, your guides, saints and animal guides.  I also work with Earth energies in the healing process. 

More about me…I find great joy in drinking tea, meditation, reciting poetry at open mics, doing art, singing with friends and aligning myself with more joy than I have ever experienced!  Its time to LIVE, EXPRESS, SHOW UP, DO THE WORK, BE & LOVE!
